In this interactive workshop we will explore the meanings and origins of pervasive racial assumptions, expectations, images, values, and beliefs. From an abstract definition to vivid depictions, we will examine what the "white racial frame" looks like in ourselves, our communities, and workplaces, and how it creates a white-normed culture. We will do some workshop-related reading and journaling between sessions. This class qualifies for 9.0 hours General CEU’s, certificates available at class.
This workshop will hosted by St Louis Park Community Education.
